I started this blog for my son, he is in prison and will be there for 9 years.
I prayed and prayed "God, how can I help my son?"
The answer always the same - "You can write."

Chaos
The best way I know NOT "look at yourself" is to create as much chaos as possible around you!
Not unlike a tornado destroying everything in it's path...
